Rare French L'Ideale canning jar, estimated to date from the 1930's. Blue toned glass, zinc metal clasp and white porcelain lid with 'L'Ideale' brand and markings. Glass body of the jar also signed 'L'Ideale', faintly visible on the photos. Very good vintage condition, no chips or cracks on the jar or lid, minor signs of wear on the jar. Great patina and very decorative piece for an industrial touch, french farmhouse or bohemian shabby chic look. Capacity 0.75L marked on the bottom.
