Self pick up is free of charge. Orders can be collected during opening hours Saturday 11-18h or during the week by appointment at our premises:

LOCAL DELIVERY - LARGE ITEMS
Our local delivery rates include delivery curbside, that is outside the home (the driver will assist to unload the item from the van but not bring it inside the home). We can provide 1 or 2 persons to assist with delivery inside the home and to the floor for an additional cost of 40€/person/hour. Feel free to contact us for a delivery quote.

Please inform us in advance of any particularities of the delivery place (such as parking, no lift, stairs, narrow hallways, low ceilings, etc). Local delivery charges are not refundable in the case if it is not possible to complete the delivery due circumstances not caused by us (i.e. unavailability of the customer, impossibility of access/parking, lack of unloading manpower, impossibility of maneuvring the item into the house without external lift, etc.). Additional charges may apply for deliveries with no lift above the 3rd floor, narrow hallways, lack of vicinity parking, etc.
SHIPPING METHOD (SMALL ITEMS)
Due to the fragile nature of our products, by default all shipments are sent as an insured tracked package through Luxembourg Post, DPD or TNT Express (for select countries). Shipping will be calculated and automatically added to your order at check out.
If you wish to request a different shipping option feel free to contact us at shop@oddhausvintage.lu. Shipping by Mondial Relay to specified "Point Relay" pick up locations is available for select countries by request. If you specifically request an uninsured shipping option we decline any responsibility for lost or broken items and will be unable to issue refunds in this situation. If your order has been lost or damaged in transit or you wish to make a return please consult our refund policy on how to proceed.
Due to the size and fragility of some of our products, postal shipping might not be available for all products, which will be specified in the product description. In this case we deliver the product ourselves in Luxembourg and surrounding cities in the greater region. Outside this area, please feel free to contact us for a personalized transporter quote.
We always search for the most cost-efficient shipping option and refund any excess shipping paid.
