Brass fly figurine from the 1960's (a large and small version are available). Originally intended as an ashtray, they are however great for a weird and interesting accent sitting on a beautiful book or on a bookshelf. Curious little things.
Good overall condition, lots of patina as clearly visible in the photos. Large fly appears to have never been used. The smaller fly has an oxidized screw and verdigris patina on the body.
