Vintage set of 7 Russian Matryoshka nesting dolls. Hand painted wood. Lovely original set in a not so common retro design, estimated to date from the 1970's.
Good vintage condition, a little bit of paint damage on the back of the second (green) doll, as visible in the photo 6. This doll is also a little stiff to open and close.
Largest doll is about 13.5cm high, the smallest about 2cm.
